Cancellation & Return Policy

At Garden State, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you need to make a cancellation or return, please refer to the following policy.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, processing and shipping begin immediately. This leads to a very short cancellation window.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us through any of the options noted at teh bottom of this page, and we can work on a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges & Returns

In case we accidentally delivered an incorrect product: wrong blend or size, please let us know as soon as possible, but at least within 7 days of delivery and we will try to rectify immediately. 

For defective or damaged products we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, a description, and a picture of the issue.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective. Return shipping costs may apply. 

What qualifies as defective or damaged?

Physical damage: Broken or cracked capsules, torn bags, or leaking jars.

Contamination: Mold, foreign substances, or any issues affecting the coffee’s quality.

Packaging issues: Improperly sealed bags or open capsules leading to spoilage.

Minor cosmetic damage like dents or scratches to the packaging doesn’t qualify unless it affects the coffee inside.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
